Acrobatics is a great way for students to build confidence and explore tumbling in a safe, supervised environment.  Classes begin by stretching their legs and backs.  We also work on strengthening.  We then proceed to tumbling, front rolls, back rolls, etc.  Then we proceed to handstands, headstands, backbends and the more advanced classes proceed with more advanced tumbling.  Great class to build flexibility and strength.
